Community Guidelines

Following a few guidelines will make the space as welcoming as possible.

To keep this space safe, supportive, and focused on our shared experiences, our groups adhere to these core rules.

Let everyone speak, and listen when others are speaking. If you don’t want to talk, that’s fine. We’re just glad you’re here.

Treat each other with respect, including respecting our differences. Accept all cultural, linguistic, social, and racial differences. Everyone is valued here. Discriminatory language, personal attacks, and disrespect of any kind will result in immediate removal from the group.

Speak from your own perspective and experience knowing that what works for you may not work for someone else.

Maintain Confidentiality. What is shared in the group stays in the group. Keep information shared here within this room. If you see someone in public from a meeting, refrain from saying where you know them from.

Honor Peer-Led Support. We connect through shared human experience and mutual encouragement.

No Professional Solicitation: This is a community space, not a clinical practice, marketing platform, or networking forum.
